TOP-CAT is a non-profit organization seeking to provide computer technologies to low wealth communities in the Triangle area. 
As TOP-CAT grows, innovative activities are being planned that will provide opportunities for TOP-CAT participants to rise to leadership positions in their respected communities. 

Currently TOP-CAT programming consists of community computer laboratories, mentoring, tutoring, elderly assistance, and health education. In addition, TOP-CAT participants are provided hot, nutritious meals during all activities. TOP-CAT is progressing towards implementing a one-on-one mentoring program for children of prisoners. Children are our most precious resource and we support them in discovering their dreams. TOP-CAT programming operates based upon fundraisers and generous community monetary or volunteer donations.
