The TOP-CAT Educational Web Portal was designed and implemented through a partnership
with the UNC-CH Computer Science department as a means of providing a platform from
which TOP-CAT could create and assess interactive web lessons without having to
employ an experienced web development team to create interactive content. The
system is well documented and available for deployment by any organization seeking
a sophisticated technological solution to the development of interactive content.
It is designed to be used by individuals having no web development or programming

All TOP-CAT participants must login using their own accounts and select their location from
the login form below. Non-TOP-CAT visitors may view and interact with the Educational Portal
at a diminished capacity using the login/password: guest/guest. Again, it is imperative
that all TOP-CAT participants not use this guest account, but instead use their existing login or
ask that a login be created for them.
