Some things to think about:

Graphs are used to represent data so that someone can easily understand things by just looking at a picture. There are many types of graphs. Some graphs are better than others for showing certain types of data. When you want to create a graph, you should follow these steps. 1. Create the question that your graph will answer. 2. Survey people by asking them your question. 3. Tally your results, or count, the number in each group that your graph will show. 4. Decide what type of graph is best for presenting the data you gathered from your survey.
